[Sportsandrec] Blind skateboarder

Roger and all,
Even with some vision, I can hear some objects surprisingly; I can hear 
walls and sometimes parked cars if I'm near enough.
I mainly only use passive echo location with my hearing.
I wonder if totally blind people hear very small things like steps.

I'd imagine that echo location would help a blind skate boarder, but I never 
met one. I was always too afraid to try.

lol! I love it when I tell people that I could hear trees and walls!  Its
some how magical to them.
