[Sportsandrec] PADI open water certification manual

PADI is reluctant to do so, but they have provided the manual in a scanned format in the past. Your instructor or dive facility should be able to procure this. You will need to get someone to transcribe the dive tables in a suitable format as scanning the dive table provided with the course doesn't work. Give me a couple days, I may still have my tables in an Excel spreadsheet.
