[Sportsandrec] lap swimming issue

I like the AdapTap sold by Kiefer. It is consistent and gives me the 
most independence and I don't have to depend on anyone else to tap me, 
etc. I got in some bad technique habbits trying to eliminate finger 
jamming and oh was it hard to break those habbits.
