Hey guys, I have been spinning a lot lately and yesterday had a really tough class. I woke this morning and it feels like from mid-thigh to right above my knee is really warm and sensative to the touch. Feels a little charlie horsey knotty. Is this a strain? It is certainly not a tear. Anybody else had this? Joe Shaw
