[Sportsandrec] blind friendly exercise DVD's?

Hi,

I am trying to start exercising more as I have a wedding to get in
shape for.  I'm looking for exercise DVD's that are easily accessible
and easy to follow for blind people.  I have only light perception so
I would need the descriptions of the exercises that you're to do to be
very detailed.  Also, any books for the same thing.
