Joe,
So did you practice judo? I know you did some martial art for a while.
IMO, there are not enough dojos in our area.

Scott and Heidi More are great people, and awesome coaches. I only had the
privilege of meeting them over several days of judo training in Colorado a
few years ago, but if judo's the way you decide to go, you'll be in the
company of some excellent talent and fine company. I myself am getting back
into a better condition under the guidance of Bill Kociaba, also a list
member, to potentially get back on the mat. Bill's an ass, but he's a very
dedicated and helpful fitness trainer. (grin)

ChrisThere are training camps and she has a lot of info about getting you
into a local club let me know if you need anymore information judo is a
really awesome martial art for people who are blind. I believe Heidi more
when of the national coaches is on this list. Hi Brad, I was a member of the
2012 Paralympic judo team. I am totally blind.

the martial arts? If so I am wondering which of the diciplins are being
practiced and which of those seem to be the ones that seem to be taught more
often to those with total vision loss?
