[Sportsandrec] Measuring bodyfat?

Hi Kelly and Bill,

Thanks. I'm just trying to get the most accurate assessment of where I
am and where I want to go. I have more than half a mind to not worry
about that measurement and instead put my energy into knowing it when
I see it, whatever "it" is.
