[Sportsandrec] Holding onto your sited jogging partner

Thank you and yes, side by side works best. I run with my sis in law and she is a bit taller and a more experienced runner, so she lets me set the pace. One tip is to tie a knot at either end of the rope, which gives a little something to hold on to. ☺️
