[Sportsandrec] Greetings

When I was training BJJ my instructor once told me that when possible it is best to run. If you can't run knowing BJJ is helpful because size does not put you at a huge disadvantage. If someone does not have their hands on me I am going to try to get away and not fight. Since BJJ is a contact primarily ground sport it is great for the attack situation.

As a blind person I loved doing BJJ because there were basically no rule modifications with the exception of how we started.

Best Wishes

Jess
