Hi all,

I haven't been on here for a long while.  Been busy trying to get my fitness
website going I recently did an interview that I thought might be of special
interest to many of you.  Since there are sevral martial arts people on this
list and this guy was a three time world champion in BJJ I thought you might
enjoy it.
