Getting a trainer for your bicycle is cheaper than a stationary bike.
Trainers are pretty simple and easy to set up.
Multi functional, I went with the trainer

Subject: [Sportsandrec] Trainers vs. stationary bikes?
Hey kids,
Tell me the differences in putting a bike on a training platform and
riding a stationary bike. I'm curious if the exercise benefit is the same or
similar? Are they close or completely different?
Thanks,
Joe Shaw, Nashville
