[Sportsandrec] swimming

If it is a lap or race situation in a pool, yes there should be lane ropes. 
If open water and she is blind, she will have to tether I would think. I 
don't have water tether experience yet. It is soon on the list for me 
though.
Any tandom open water swimmers out there?
