Hello folks. I invite you to also check out the blind Yogi  on YouTube. It is a series of videos that were taken in Anchorage Alaska as Jackie Ouellet  a certified yoga instructor, lead yoga classes each morning for an organization known as ski for light. Ski for light is a wonderful group that provides the opportunity for the blind in other disabled to partake in cross country skiing.  Both of these items are worth investigation if you're interested in gentle flow yoga and/or cross country skiing
