I know the sites everyone has mentioned, and I am excited to check them out. Are there any exercise DVDs in general that are excessively to the blind? I like being able to do it on the computer, but sometimes using a DVD is nice if I'm not near my computer. Thank you.

When I asked to set up something private with the instructor the wellness" director got totally frustrated went over her head to the membership services guy who also had no clue what to do. I finally just showed up for class sat in the corner and waited to talk to the instructor. Probably what I should have done in the first place but was trying to go through"proper channels" It was obvious that he had to be teaching someplace other than the Y as he only has two classes a week there so no clue what the issue really was but I am now working with him privately and the bonus is he has been practicing karate and kung fu for over 35 years and has more than his share of injurys so we are bartering his instruction for me doing massage work on him.

She she would describe movements but then she would also have me follow her by putting my hands on top of hers from standing behind her. She was really awesome. Then they just continue tai chi classes and I went to someone else who is so awful that I just quit. She was so full of herself and she was just too important to take the time to describe anything to me. If I had had her as my first experience I would have been discouraged by the experience but I knew that it wasn't me that was the problem it was the instructor
