I will check the device you are describing with a clip.

I use a hydration belt for short runs and a pack for trail runs, ultra marathons and anything above 35 Km

The only thing that I have not used are the arm straps. I have seen them, but since I also do trail runs I have to use my cane more often than when running on pavement. I don’t know how comfortable they are while trying to operate a Cane.

Kind regards
Santi

I can also put my phone in my hydration belt that I wear around my waist. I have a 2 and 4 bottle belt that will hold my phone plus enough nutrition for a marathon training long run. I have a pack with a 2L bladder for trails that has plenty of space for my phone. Also they make arm straps specifically for this purpose. Hope this helps.

How do you go about wearing an ear piece and keeping your phone on your person while running? Hence, being able to have any type a GPS device on you as well. Thanks for any tips.

Apple Watch also does not have built in gps so even if you could figure out a water proof casting it still does not provide the kind of stats you want. One solution that I currently use is to have my guide read out stats and send me details after the workout. This doesn't help at all with heart rate. If you don't mind carting your phone with you on runs, run keeper, strava, and map my run all work fairly well with voice over. They probably pair with the hr monitor as well. This is not a swimming solution but maybe it is a start.
