[Sportsandrec] new subject

I have not taken it, but for the last two years, during our state convention, it was a session offered. It was very popular, and people responded well, so we continue to offer it each year. For what that's worth.

so I'm kind of wondering who's taken the one-touch self defense program that exists, and whether or not its worth the investment?
