Good day to you all.

As an other blind runner, I have had better success using larger tips since they do not get stuck as often. However, it depends on the type of terrain where you are running.

Ginny, to answer your question, different people have different running techniques. A guide and a tether is great in situations where you do not have to make a lot of adjustments, and there is ample space for you and your Guide to move in relation to each other. However, based on my experience, a tether is useless when very small, accurate and fast adjustments have to be made.

The information presented above is from my own personal experience, and you will not know what works for you until you try running.

all the best
Santi
