[Sportsandrec] Zumba?

Bill,

You've brought this full-circle, and to a topic which the list might
find useful. Part of sports and recreation is acknowledging your
responsibilities as a participant. It's actually been one of my
regrets. I've had several running guides who I, frankly, was using
without even realizing it. Taking responsibility for my own
participation  was a lesson I had to learn the hard way. What are some
recommendations you have for making sure that we're being equal
partners in activities rather than accidentally taking advantage?
