Honestly, no I haven't and what you are saying is quite possibly true but on
some level it just seems very wrong and potentially dangerous to me...lets
not even consider the cost involved on a financial level.

Good morning. Have you actually tried a treadmill desk for a week or two?

I bet the brain adapts pretty quickly to walking while working.
Especially at slow speeds. Walking is a pretty basic neurological function
with virtually no cognitive or perceptual load.
