[Sportsandrec] A yoga for the blind resource

Read Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste.  He does his own style of Hot Power yoga and he gives a good description of the poses and an intense yoga routine at the end of the book.  You can find it on Audible.com.  

I think blind Alive will do more yoga in the future but I don't know how soon or how intense.
