Hi. I would avoid putting your elbows in your ears at all costs.

 OK sorry for the   lame humor but the list is very slow and I could hardly
resist. 
Any how I really have no answers for you but I do wish you the best in being
able to hopefully fully participate in all  aspects of yoga. 
I have never done yoga myself but  it does sound like it has a lot of
fantastic benefits.

Has anyone in this group ever been advised by the eye doctor to avoid
certain yoga poses due to Glaucoma?  I'm hoping to get some reliable
information from my eye doctor soon, but I am wondering what, if anything,
people have been told by their eye doctors?  Thanks.
