[Sportsandrec] hello from a new member

Do you go to a yoga class?

I went to one years ago and liked it. The teacher was very good at
describing the movements and a couple other students in the class were very
good about helping when I didn't understand.

I'm a little embarrassed about attending any kind of fitness class because
I'm chubby and so out of shape. I know that is silly, but sometimes I'm a
little vane. Lol

I also have problems with balance and flexibility. I do a few different
yoga classes. I also do physical therapy to strengthen my core to help with
balance.
