I use a talking pedometer, have had it for several years, but do not remember where I got it.  It is a talking pedometer with an alarm function.

I am new to this list.  I would like to find out about accessible equipment or using apps that help me track what I am doing on a treadmill or other kinds of equipment such as distance, time, miles etc.
