Hi
I use the Health app on my iPhone, but it is not entirely accurate. I resort
to my old physics background where distance equals velocity times time. So
if you know how fast you were going on the treadmill, multiply that by the
number of minutes you spend walking or running. Divide that answer by 60 and
it will tell you how far you went in miles, hope this helps.
