I suspect people are grumpy, because they are not getting enough exercise. :) Since the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever, I thought I’d share this with you. After decades of traditional churches, I finally found one that rocks and compliments my active lifestyle as a cyclist.

I heard this song, last Sunday and it blew me out of the box. From the bummer of a recent break-up,, to wanting to celebrate, party, and dance, I knew it was all good. I’d love to ride my spin bike to this style of praise and worship music.
