[Sportsandrec] [Portlander] Fitness in Maryland

Cindy,
Goals are important but be realistic and just have fun with it. That's the
most important part. If it becomes work its lost its purpose in your life.

I will do what I can. I tried to start running, and I had thought to get
into it with that group or whatever they have here. I didn't think that was
what it was called. But I am going to be 71 soon and can't breathe. It would
be something to consider working toward though, that's for sure.

Hey Cindy,
I run with Achilles here in Nashville and was surely no runner when I began.

I have gotten into good enough shape that I joined CrossFit and love it. It
was progression for me. I shall never go back.
