[Sportsandrec] [Portlander] Fitness in Maryland

Nella!

Your fitness sounds like mine! Nice to have company. I do not do too much
fitness. Walking though does burn calories and I find it a stress reliever.

This might sound like an excuse but I really would do more if someone would
work or play with me. For instance, shoot hoops on the court at the
recreation center or kick a soccer ball and run around.

I'll answer your stability ball question in a few minutes under a new
subject.

I will be walking and stretching.

Can anyone describe some exercises I can do with my exercise ball?

yeah, we type fast and make mistakes.

So what fitness is everyone doing tomorrow? I don't participate in much team
stuff but just exercise so that is partly why I don't post much.

I'll be running and power walking on the treadmill and on campus outside.
I'll also engage in several recreation activities although not physically
active. I'll play card games, maybe a board game, and read.
