Becky,
The Us association of blind athletes is headquartered in Colorado. Check 
with them for groups.
I doubt a group for the blind exists, but walking groups might exist 
overall. Check with your mall; sometimes walking groups meet there. Also, if 
you want to walk trails, your local recreation or community center might 
have this. Our county has trail fitness classes. I don't see why a blind 
person can't just do it with a regular class; its not like aerobics where 
you have to learn some dance-like routines. You could just get a sighted 
guide and join a class.
