Cindy,
running can be intense. My advice is to be able to walk very briskly before
you start running.

I will do what I can. I tried to start running, and I had thought to get
into it with that group or whatever they have here. I didn't think that was
what it was called. But I am going to be 71 soon and can't breathe. It would
be something to consider working toward though, that's for sure.

Hey Cindy,
I run with Achilles here in Nashville and was surely no runner when I began.

I have gotten into good enough shape that I joined CrossFit and love it. It
was progression for me. I shall never go back.
