Subject: [Sportsandrec] fitness group

Hello all!

This is kind of really last minute, but I’d like to invite people to a phone fitness group. If you can’t make it today, I completely understand. Do contact me though. There are a couple of people who want to join but can’t today. We will be figuring out a better time.

Who it’s for:
*people committed to improved health through exercise and nutrition *people who have the time to devote to a weekly 1 hour phone meeting *people who are serious about change *people who want to support others on their journey by using kindness and gentle accountability

When it is:
Thursday’s 9:15 Pacific, 10:15 Mountain, 11:15 Central and 12:15 Eastern time This is subject to change based on the group’s input, but would remain the same week to week.
It will last for approximately 1 hour, dependent on the number of participants send me a private email: julielj at neb.rr.com and I’ll send you the dial in number and conference code

What to expect:
*to share your personal goals in the areas of fitness, eating, weight loss or related areas. Share only what you are comfortable. There is never a requirement to share weight or pounds lost.
*to sett your own goals responsibly and realistically. There is no one telling you what to do.
*to provide support and encouragement to others in a kind and gentle way

What is not included:
*fees, this is entirely free, excepting your phone and related charges. The call in number is a standard U.S. number.
*instruction on what to eat or what exercises to do. There is no meal plan, no fitness regimen or anything like that. Each person will choose what they want to do based on their own knowledge and preferences.
*no sales pitch. I’m not selling anything or making any money from this what so ever.
*no fat shaming. We have one rule: be kind.
If this sounds like something that could help you to stay motivated and on track with personal changes you want to make this year, email me at: julielj at neb.rr.com and I’ll get you the call in info.

Keep being awesome!
Julie
