The only very accessible option that I know of is the Apple Watch. Good luck!

I am wondering what other options are out there that can do all of what the Charge II can do, that are more ? I am not looking for a talking pedometer. I know they make those, but this is way more sophisticated. It can track steps, yes, but it also monitors heart rate, tracks movements to give a report on sleep quality, can different types of movements such that it can automatically detect sports like walking, running, bicycling and use of an machine. It also has an that can track flights of stairs climbed. Although, that is the one feature I am willing to forego, because the one on my Charge II is not accurate. Riding in a bumpy para-transit bus has it giving me 40 or 50 floors climbed, which is of course incorrect, and there is no way to edit my stats to delete those floors. The Fit Bit app. takes all of the data and gives me info about miles walked, step count, heart rate data including zones, floors climbed, burned, based on actual heart rate data, so it is way more accurate. It also has a vibration for alerts that tells me when I meet one of my goals for the day and that vibrates when my phone gets a text or a call. It does not have GPS on it, but it can use the GPS of my iPhone when I have that with me, to chart my route and make my even more accurate. Cons? It does not talk, and not everything in the app. is accessible, such as the charts and the graphs, some of the buttons in the settings are not labeled, etc. Some people have the Apple Watch, but that doesn't do heart rate tracking, or does it? I would like something more accessible, but if there isn't anything, then I'd rather continue to rely on a sighted person once in a while to change or update something, and get the wealth of information that I get from my Charge. Any suggestions or recommendations would be very much appreciated.

It could tell when I was doing the seated elliptical machine at the gym that I was on an elliptical machine. The only things that falsely inflate my step count are typing on a Braille Writer and pulling stitches through on my needlepoint.
