[Sportsandrec] Sit 'n Cycle

Hello this is Ashley :-) I was interested to see if you guys had actually used to sit and cycle and what the outcome was? I'm looking for exercise bike or something like it for my house so that I can get better health and less arthritis :-) hope you have a great day!
