[Sportsandrec] Finding motivation

Evening, Rachel,

What seems to work for my roommate and I to spin each morning is our 
having built vigorous exercise into our daily routeen. That's what 
works for us, then, it's nonnegociable and you can't excuse yourself 
from exercising.
