Hello Friends!

Please join the Sports and Rec Division for our January membership Call tomorrow, Sunday the 28th at 5 pacific 8 eastern! We will chat about our 2018 fitness goals and hear from Mike Armstrong who recently completed an epic hiking adventure at Mt. Everest base camp.

Mike Armstrong is the health and wellness instructor for SAVVI services for the blind in Phoenix Arizona he owns and teaches at blind Tiger martial arts academy. He is an avid hiker and has Summitted Mount Kilimanjaro, hiked the 800 mile Arizona Trail, and recently hiked the 90 mile mount Everest base camp treck. He is on the board for the national Federation of the blind Sports And Rec division.

Again, the Call will begin at 5:000pm pacific 8:00pm Eastern.
