[SportsandRec] Using Aira in Las Vegas casinos

AIRA was only available for convention, and only specific to the Mandalay
Bay resort and casino. I was told years ago that casinos don't allow Braille
cards for games, because it's a potential cheating risk for sighted players,
but this could have changed; someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
