[SportsandRec] anyone interested in a zoom workout group using the Blind Alive workouts?

OK, I am so glad I have some interest. How do either Saturday, or sometime on Sunday work for everyone? I live in central time zone, and I’m pretty flexible. I have a 20-month-old, but thankfully, my husband can help keep her entertained or if we get lucky she might be napping when we do this. LOL if each of you can send me and email so I have your email address, I will try and create an email list that I can send a Zoom link to
