He did say 3 p.m. New York time, indicating eastern. It was in the original.

Actually, Tyler, not to be argumentative, but your post said "See you at 3:00." There was no time zone after it. Thanks for letting us know that if we are in central we need to be there at 2:00.

The Post says Eastern standard time zone, the same time zone is New York City, it is Eastern. Also, all of the live workouts that I have done so far are archived in the group, you can just scroll through the newsfeed of the group to find any of the videos that we have done.
