[SportsandRec] participating in zumba or other dance aerobic class

Hi all,

Zumba, bollywood dance, and jazzersize all look neat. I’ve seen it at my gym although have not been there during the pandemic.

The moves are too fast for me to follow by seeing.

How can it be accessible? 
Anyone done it? Problem is that  most of the moves don’t have names wheras  other aerobics classes have names such as grapevine, skier, and various jabs if its cardio boxing.


I’d sure like to know. Maybe you learned the moves privately first.
