I'm glad you recorded some of it. Do you mean you recorded your part for the sports and rec meeting?
Can you share the link when you post it to your sports and rec page?

Our state convention in VA also did the same thing. They offered a zoom link for general sessions and the banquet for remote attendees to listen in. It was a webinar style so they could only listen and watch if they had vision, but not interact with the speakers.

Being in the south, you all have hot humid weather more often. 
I love the beaches down there too. If you like outdoor sports and anything in the water, being in that climate lends itself to more outside activities although probably best in the morning to avoid the intense blazing sun and being sunburned.
