Join us for a fun and energizing Get Fit session on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 from 5:30PM to 6:00 PM  E.T.D. hosted by The National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina sports and recreation division. You don't need any special equipment, just a willingness to get up and move. If you have any physical limitations, exercises can be adapted to be done in a chair. Our goal is to work on overall health and wellness together. Everyone is invited, so grab your friends and family and join us!
