[SportsandRec] looking to acquire a treadmill

I am contemplating acquiring a treadmill. I believe others here have looked
into this. My wish list may make the search impracticable, but here goes:
something
not expensive, not complicated, able to be disassembled or put up against a
wall if needed, something I can adjust, and of course not too hard to put
together.
I appreciate experiences and recommendations.
