[SportsandRec] Flying co-ordinate info please thanks

Hello

Is there any air sports activities and any official level for the
blind/visually impaired, I think I once read that one had to have at least
some vision and also, I've also found organisations of air sports for the
disabled in various countries like the U.S. and England but is there some
sort of contact between these as I've only read about local activities, say,
in the U.S. and Britain but not yet of them contacting each other.
