Hi Ashley,
I am a Blind personal trainer and I put together a couple of digital
resources that may be helpful for you. I have an app and a YouTube channel
that are specifically to teach people who are blind and low vision about
fitness. The app is available on iOS, android, and the web, and I'll share
the iOS link here for your convenience. You can find workouts and exercise
instructions for cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, and more. There
are fitness guides, recommended products, and places where you can plug in
your information and get feedback on your fitness level.

For fully accessible fitness instructions, workouts, and fitness plans,
download the ReVision Fitness App

To subscribe to The ReVision Training YouTube channel for fully accessible
workouts and instructional videos, click

I hope that helps, let me know if you have any questions,
