[stylist] Left and Right Quotes

    Then I'd like to know how these characters are produced in Word.

Peter, In word for a quote, left or right, all I do is depress shift and hit
the quote mark.  To the best of my knowledge, the keyboard does not have a
left and right quote.  Judith
