Well, I never heard of this guy. I was stating this fact from my
experience. The counsellors from White Plains give the impression that they
are better than blind. Judith

Not so, judith. We have a blind Commission Councilor on Long Island. I'm
not impressed with him (here's hoping he isn't on the list!), but he somehow
gets around without driving.
