"Mesh the blind world with the sighted?" Aren't the two worlds meshed by

It's not hard to figure. I guess it's where your interests lie and how you
look at your writing. My interests, as is reflected in my work, is with the
handicapped. However, I don't mesh the blind world with the sighted one in
my writing.
