[stylist] Florida article on quiet cars & accidents with blind people

Christine Grassman (my chapter) was hit by a quiet car   and spent time in 
the hospital.   Also, someone in the governor's office in Albany (NY) (Or it 
might have been Commission for the Blind, not sure) had the same experience, 
though was not hospitalized.
