[stylist] descriminative against voices.

my doctor's nurse is deaf. she just started working for him. she
told me during the initial exam, but I thought so because of the way
her voice was. it is not the pitch of the voice, but it is that
without daily practice in hearing people talk and getting her own
feedback from her talking, that diction suffers. I am fairly capable
of recognizing this. of course, it means nothing more than that the
speaker is deaf, to me.
I was impressed that my doctor hired a deaf woman to be his
nurse. she used the automated blood pressure cuff since she
obviously couldn't put on a stethoscope and hear the artery pulsing in my arm.
