[stylist] descriminative against voices.

I would think that it would be very hard to follow a university lecture if a 
person is deaf.  Since they give the lecture without consideration to 
special needs students, their positions during speech change and the deaf 
student cannot follow what he is saying.  They walk around in front  of the 
lecture hall and sometimes sit in a chair.  When they are sitting their 
heads often turn to the left, right or the blackboard.  I would think that a 
student that has to read lips would have a difficult time following them.
