[stylist] green eggs and ham

And I'm sure that there were many mimickers of his style.  However, they 
didn't make it past the cash register in
whatever  preceded Barnes and Noble.  This is the style of Dr. Seus.  There 
will never be another Dr. Seus.  If someone tries, and I'm sure there have 
been many, they won't make it.  JB
